Going Global!

Our reception children are taking part in an exciting project, led by Mrs Lopez, to learn more about the cultures and experiences of similar aged children in many different countries. Mrs Lopez has been busy making connections with reception teachers all over the world. So far the children have met a Greek reception class, a reception class from Quebec (which some of our year 4 children joined to practice their French) and next week a virtual visit with children in Romania has been arranged. We were also thrilled that Skye’s mum and dad came into school to tell the children all about life in Ghana. We would love to hear from any of our parents who have links to other countries who could come and talk to us or put us in touch with a school that they have links with.
