The Daily Mile

                                                  

Recently, our school has begun running The Daily Mile.  The Daily Mile is a nationwide initiative, being used in hundreds of school across the country. It is government backed, recognising that many children are taking part in less physical activity than ever before. It aims to get every child active for a short time each day; supporting not only their physical health, but also their appreciation of a healthy lifestyle and mental wellbeing. It has been proven that being more active supports children to feel happier and more focused on learning.
