Opening Hours

Children should arrive from 7:30 onwards via the car park gate. Children should come in independently where possible, through the car park gate. A parent of younger children may accompany their child up to the school. An adult will be there to greet the children at 7:30 and make sure they know where they are going. If your child arrives later than 7:30  they are to ring the doorbell on the right hand side of the gate to gain access into school. Messages to the Breakfast Club outside of school office hours can be left by calling the school number: 01442 408964 and selecting option 4.

Charges

Each session costs £4.50 per day or £3.50 for pupil premium children

Bookings

Bookings must be made and paid for in advance via the Arbor App. To do this please go to Accounts > Breakfast Club and top up your child's account with sufficient funds. Then click on Activities > Clubs and select the session that you would like your child to attend.

All places must be booked by the Friday of the previous week.

No credit will be given for sessions not taken unless there are exceptional circumstances.

Opening Hours

3:15 - 5:30pm

Extended session 3:15 -6pm

Children are to be collected via the car park gate. Please ring the doorbell on the right hand side of the gate to collect your child. Messages to the After School Club outside of school office hours can be left by calling the school number: 01442 408964 and selecting option 3.

Charges

3:15 - 17:30pm £10.90 less than 24 hours notice, the fee is £12.50

Extended session 3:15 -6pm £12.90 less than 24 hours notice, the fee is £14.50.

Late Fees:  Any children that are collected later than the booked  time of 5:30 or 6pm, will be charged £15.00 for the first 15 minutes of lateness. A further £15.00 will be charged if you are between sixteen minutes and up until thirty minutes late and an additional £15 for each fifteen minutes  thereafter.  This will be charged immediately and you will be expected to make the payment upon collection. If a child is not collected on time on more than one occasion, we reserve the right to refuse future bookings.

Bookings:

Bookings must be made and paid in advance via Arbor, by firstly topping up the After School Club account and then booking the sessions you want your child(ren) to attend. This can be found under Activities>Clubs.

No credit will be given for sessions not taken unless there are exceptional circumstances.
