Cognition and Learning Team

The Cognition and Learning team are experienced specialist teachers with additional qualifications in specific learning difficulties (SpLD). Specific learning difficulties (SpLD) is an umbrella term for a certain group of learning difficulties. This includes a range of conditions such as dyslexia, dyscalculia and dyspraxia. These difficulties can occur alone or together in people across all ages and can range from mild to severe.

The Cognition and Learning team deliver high-quality specialist training and systemic work to primary and secondary mainstream, independent and special schools to help them support children and young people with persistent literacy and/or numeracy difficulties.
