Hello Year 2,

This is the end of the first half of the summer term! On Monday we will be having another bank holiday - so many holidays! Over the half term holiday I am going to set you some really fun Science and Engineering tasks - you are going to love love them.  There will be be stories to listen to as well - all with a STEM theme (this stands for Science Technology Engineering Maths). Have a look on Tuesday morning!

Today we are going to finish our week of learning all about minibeasts. I have set you a poem to listen to that is one of my favourite and I hope you will like it! 

In maths you get to play a game today - what fun is that? You need to spot numbers on the dice, add your totals and compare the numbers to decide who is the winner - this is great maths!
