Year 4

As part of our science topic about food chains and different animals, Year 4 (and Year 2) went to visit Woburn Safari Park. It was a fantastic day where we learnt about lots of different food chains. We were also able to see lots of animals at their feeding time, which was very interesting. We were even able to walk next to a whole family of lemurs! Check Year 4 gallery to see all our photos.
This term Year 4 have been learning to dance. I have made sure I capture all of it on video so have a look in Year 4 gallery to see all of the photos and videos!

Welcome to Year 4!

This term we will be learning all about the Europe. The children have already been hard at work learning about the different countries and their capitals. The children have worked incredibly hard to create some fantastic landmarks from Europe, as part of their homework.

Important information for Year 4

Please make sure your child brings their reading book and reading record to school everyday. This is to let their reading be checked and their book be changed when it needs to be.

Homework: The children have been given a homework menu, based on Europe. The children will be receiving a new homework menu after half term. The children have created some fantastic models, games and presentations so far! Keep up the hard work!

PE will be on  Wednesday and Friday so the children need to have their PE kit, including trainers, with them.

If there is a reason your child cannot do PE a letter will need to be sent in with them.

If you have any questions or would like to make an appointment to see me, please just ask in the office.
