Week 7 (May 18th)

Good morning year 3

I hope you had a lovely weekend and enjoyed the sunshine.  We took a drive out to Ashridge to walk the dog on Sunday.  It was so nice to go somewhere different.

This week we are going to be reading the story Voices in the Park by Anthony Browne.  Have you heard of this author?  We will think about the 'voices' of the 4 characters and how they are different and compare the different seasons in the park.

In Maths we will continue our work on time and link it to Roman numerals.

I know some of you are finding it hard being at home and it's been a long time since you have been in school but this is to keep you safe.

This week I've put some ideas down in the extra things to try that are fun to do at home.
