Our D&T project

In Year 6 we spent time looking at Anderson Shelters.  We looked at what they were created for and why they were shaped in the way that they were.  We investigated what shapes could hold weights the best by creating bridges out of paper.  We have made our designs for our own model shelters and will be building them from various materials over the term.
