Sports Week at Home

Sports Week for Pupils at Home

We are really excited seeing how we can help you to still be part of Sports Week even though you are learning from home.

Each day on Monday to Wednesday, we will post a video onto this page (by 8am), which will set you a special sporting challenge.  These challenges will test your sporting skills but also your creativity.  We want to see how you are able to complete the task in as interesting a way!  All we ask is that you remain safe and ask an adult for help if you need it.  Once you have finished your challenge, we would like you to email a video to with your name and house group in the email by 2pm each day.  These will then be judged by the Year 6 Sports Captains and points will be awarded.  We will post some of the entries onto the school's Twitter account each day.

On Thursday, we will post a set of different athletics challenges all of which can be completed at home.  We would like you to complete as many as you can and then submit your scores online.  Again, we will then score these and your scores will be added to the overall Sports Week trophy.

We look forward to seeing your entries!  See below the letter sent to parents on 25th June.

Welcome to our Sports Day Challenges!  Below, you will see two links.  The first will provide a list of different Sports Day challenges for you to complete.  In school, we will be doing some very similar things!  Complete as many of these as you can.  You are allowed to practice and improve your scores as many times as you want.

Please then click on the second link, where you will be taken to a form to submit your scores.  We will use these to add to the overall Sports Day points tally, which hopefully will help your house to win.  Good luck!

Well done to everyone who entered Monday's challenge.  Adding all the scores together (as judged by Year 6) and providing additional points for everyone who entered, the Yellow House won today's round.  I hope to see more of you tomorrow!
