Hi Year 5,

I hope you're all keeping well at home and it's great to know you're enjoying our online learning.  I particularly like what you did for last week's poetry.

I've got a great task writing an information text about a creature this week.  Have a look at the creature below that someone discovered - amazing right!

In maths, we're keeping recapping the key skills we taught at the start of the year - this week it's addition and subtraction.  If there's a skill you find hard, take your time on that lesson or ask for some support.  If you find yourself whizzing through see if you can apply your learning with decimals or fractions.  There's loads more fractions work on the year 5 page at BBC bitesize.
