Learning, achieving, working together
Week beginning 11th May
Hi year 3
I hope you had a lovely weekend and enjoyed the bank holiday. Some of our neighbours has a tea party and we saw the spitfire plane from world war 3 fly over Hemel Hempstead on Friday. Did you see it?
This week in Maths we are going to be learning to tell the time. I know some of you can already do this but its a really good skill to practice.
In English we are going to finish our work on the story Pebble in my pocket and write some poetry linked to it.
I've seen some fantastic work on volcanoes. Keep sending them in they are amazing. If you look in the something extra (sunflower) there are some art and science activities for you to try at home.
I've added a few optional activities on purple mash linked to time and the water cycle for you to try.
Enjoy the week and I look forward to hearing from you soon.
